Since our inception, UOSSM Canada has run medical and humanitarian programmes globally, reaching 12 countries. Since 2024—thanks to supporters like you—we’ve delivered over 340 000 medical services, hosted many mental-health sessions for children, deployed dozens of mobile clinics, rebuilt hospitals, and trained hundreds of local healthcare workers. • Distributed 1,000 hot meals in Osmaniye, Turkey through the Rahma House partnership
• Delivered critical medical supplies to earthquake-hit areas and mobilized hospitals
• supported a health center in Sana’a Governorate, delivering over 5,760 critical medical consultations and services including maternal care and immunizations
• Outreach activities and awareness messaging further extended support to 17,280 indirect beneficiaries
• Over 1,000 free cataract surgeries were successfully performed in Maputo Province between June and July 2022, restoring sight to patients
• Capacity building for local health workers was achieved by training ophthalmologists, residents, and nurses alongside international surgeons
• Provided 1,700 consultations monthly, alongside hygiene and clean birthing kit distributions, directly benefiting thousands in high-risk flood zones
