UOSSM-Canada is an independent medical relief foundation that provides humanitarian and medical assistance, only through Canadian qualified charities, to all Syrian victims of war regardless of their religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation.

Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations (UOSSM) is a coalition of independent, humanitarian, and non-governmental medical organizations from around the world.
Member organizations allocate their resources and coordinate joint projects, as they deem appropriate in each country, to provide independent and impartial relief and medical care to victims of war in Syria.
